Nursing needs to respond back better to calls & messages left. Dr. Cruz herself is always quick to respond on her own though.

I really like Dr. Cruz. She worked with me to get on the right medicines I needed. I have been feeling good for over year and we do videos every 3 months. She is always kind and very helpful. I am not a big talker, but she always gets me to talk about things going on and how they affect me. She is the best doctor I have had in a long time.

She is very thorough and pays attention to what I say. She looks back in my records to see what has and hasn’t worked in the past when considering new plans of care.

Dr B Cruz really cares about her patients and you can absolutely tell -I have been with her her years and I trust her completely. She tells me things that just make so much sense- she goes above just being a pill provider.

Dr. Cruz is truly awesome! She goes above and beyond to make me feel good and welcome. Dr. Cruz can never retire. She’s truly the best ever. Very kind and thorough. Dr. Cruz needs to win the best Dr award for being awesome. So happy to have her as my Dr!

Dr. Barreras-Cruz and extremely knowledgeable and kind and LISTENED to what I had to say. Not all doctors do that, unfortunately. She is wonderful and I look forward to my next appointment.
