Hibachi At Home!
Yum Yum Sauce.
3 Tablespoons Mayo.
2 Tablespoons Ketchup.
1 Tablespoon Melted butter.
5 Drops Siracha.
1/2 Teaspoon Smoked paprika.
Garlic Butter.
1 Softened stick of butter.
1 Tablespoon parsley.
1/2 Teaspoon salt.
1/2 Teaspoon pepper.
2 Heaping teaspoons of minced garlic.
Fried Rice.
2 1/2 Cups of cooked jasmine rice that has refridgerated over night (do NOT use freshly cooked rice).
1/4 Cup soy sauce.
4 Tablespoons sesame oil.
2 Scrambled eggs.
2 Tablespoons garlic butter.
Veggies.
1 Medium Yellow Onion.
1 Medium Zucchini.
7 baby portobello mushrooms.
2 Tablespoons olive oil.
1 Tablespoon sesame oil.
1 Teaspoon salt.
1/2 Teaspoon pepper.
1 Tablespoon garlic butter.
2 Tablespoons soy sauce.
Meat.
Cubed Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast or Steak.
Large peeled and devined shrimp.
1 tablespoon of garlic butter per meat.
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce per meat.
2 tablespoons teryaki sauce on chicken or steak

Fried Rice.
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil.
4 Tablespoons butter.
1 cup frozen mixed veggies.
2 large eggs.
4 cups of rice (cooked and cooled).
1/2 cup onion (I used onion powder).
4 Tablespoons soy sauce.
Zucchini.
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil.
1 Tablespoon butter.
1 large zucchini.
2 Tablespoons soy sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 large onion ( I used onion powder).
Hibachi Chicken.
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil.
1 Tablespoon butter.
1.5 lb chicken.
3 Tablespoons soy sauce.
2 teaspoons lemon juice.
